   Each lesson includes a scripture that ties into the lesson, providing a faith-based approach to learning.
2. Prayer Journal
   We spend quiet time at night working on our prayer journal, which will soon be available on both the Faith & Fuel Homeschool store and Amazon.
3. Theology Studies
   This year, we are focusing on reading more theology books. One book that my son has particularly enjoyed is "Max Lucado Unshakable Hope Student Edition."
4. Writing Friday
   Every week, our family will sit down with a writing topic, scripture, and a snack or game that ties into the writing topic. We will spend 15-20 minutes writing and then share our work with each other. This activity not only incorporates more scripture into our week but also provides valuable family time. 5. Bible Recap with Tara Lee Cobbel
   Last year, we read the Bible through with Tara Lee Cobbel in the Bible Recap. My son has been asking to do this again, and we plan to pick it up with the New Testament this fall, making it a daily practice.
